How you get the best price

roodswap compares dozens of routes at once and picks the one with the most output after fees and gas. You see the minimum you will receive before you sign.

One token, many routes

There is no single price for a trade. The same swap can run through dozens of DEXs and, for cross-chain moves, several bridges. Each one quotes a different amount of output. A route that is cheapest right now can be worst a minute later.

roodswap does not pick one and hope. It queries several leading routing engines at once, pulls quotes across dozens of venues, and compares them. This is best-route aggregation: check everything, then choose.

Most output wins

roodswap scores every route on one number: how much you actually receive. That means output after the underlying DEX or bridge fee, after network gas, and after the 0.1% service fee. Not the headline rate. The real, net amount.

The route with the most output after all costs is the one you get quoted. Quotes return in under a second, so you are comparing live prices, not stale ones.

Large trades can be split

Big trades move the price against you on a single venue. To avoid that, a route may split your trade across several DEXs or paths at once, filling part here and part there.

You do not manage this. roodswap builds the split, prices it as one route, and shows you the combined output. If splitting produces more than any single path, that is the route you get.

The minimum you will receive

Prices move between the moment you get a quote and the moment your transaction lands. So every quote shows a minimum received: the floor amount you will get, or the transaction does not execute.

You see this number before you sign. If the market moves past it, the trade fails instead of filling at a worse rate. You are never surprised by the output.

No markup beyond 0.1%

  • The service fee is a flat 0.1%, and it is already inside the displayed rate.
  • On top of that you pay network gas and the underlying DEX or bridge fee. Both are shown in the quote.
  • That is the entire cost. There is no hidden spread, no padded exchange rate, no second fee tucked into the route.
  • Same-chain sends carry no service fee at all. They are gas-only.
[ NOTE ]

The rate you see is the rate after the 0.1% service fee, gas, and the DEX or bridge fee. The minimum received is a hard floor. Read both before you sign.
